Upon taking over White Gold's social media, we identified and addressed several significant issues. The existing content lacked an engaging lifestyle component as well as human elements, which is crucial to build a connect on social media. The feed relied too heavily on graphics and failed to effectively convey the value of the service. Acknowledging these shortcomings, we developed a plan to address these areas and enhance the brand's credibility.
