In managing TELL's social media, we identified some areas for improvement. We noticed a lack of content suitable for showcasing on social platforms, as well as a clear brand strategy across all these platforms. We also observed an absence of real, candid imagery and videography that could resonate with our audience. Furthermore, the app was not being presented effectively, particularly in terms of its usage. To address these issues, we're focusing on creating more engaging content, developing a coherent brand strategy, capturing more authentic visuals, and demonstrating the app's functionality more clearly.
