During Swati and Sunaina Gold's website revamp, we were brought on board to manage their social media. We identified several key issues such as a lack of inspirational and informative content on Instagram, a predominance of editorial images that didn't effectively communicate the product, and absence of a consistent posting strategy and community management. We aimed to revamp their social media presence to align with the website launch and implemented a strategic plan to increase online traffic and conversions, rectifying these issues, and thus enhancing their online presence
