As part of Himeya's brand overhaul, we were tasked with their social media management. We identified several issues, such as the lack of engaging, educational content on Instagram, excessive use of editorial images that didn't effectively communicate the product, and inconsistent posting and community management. Our goal was to reinvent their social media presence to align with their website's launch. To make the content more appealing to a wider audience and align with the rebranding, we developed a strategic plan that included the creation of more relatable and engaging content. This strategy increased web traffic and conversions, effectively addressing the identified problems and enhancing their online visibility.
