In managing Anand's social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, we acknowledged initial shortcomings and took strategic measures to rectify them. The platforms previously lacked relatable content and had a heavy reliance on lifestyle imagery, which didn't effectively communicate the product. Recognizing these issues, we implemented a consistent content and posting strategy to improve engagement and visibility. We also focused on enhancing the online reputation and community management to build a stronger brand presence via strategic collaborations and creative campaigns.
